Refund & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of the damage or issue when reaching out.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used or are not in original packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to request an exchange and, once approved, return the item you have. A new item of equal value will be sent to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
